Uploading products to your website

We offer a variety of convenient options to help you add our products to your online store:

1. Manual Upload (One Product at a Time):

• Suitable for adding a small number of products.
• Simply log in to your Alterego Lingerie account and navigate to a product page.
• You’ll be able to add product details like descriptions, SKUs, prices, and images manually.

2. Enhanced Product Upload:

• Ideal for businesses who desire a streamlined upload process.
• The Enhanced Package provides access to comprehensive product data in downloadable CSV and XML files.
• These files contain detailed product information like descriptions, sizes, colors, variations, images, stock levels, and pricing.
• Important Note: Utilising data files may require some techincal knowledge of data mapping or you may require a developer to support for best results.

3. Elite Product Upload (Premium Option):

• Designed for businesses seeking the fastest and most efficient upload solution.
• The Elite Package offers all the benefits of the Enhanced Package, plus:
• Pre-formatted data files: Specifically configured for major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, and Wix. These files are ready for direct import, minimising manual intervention.
• Regular stock updates: Ensures your website displays accurate product availability. You will recieve monthly stock removal files to upload to you website which will bulk clear any discontinued lines.
• Exclusive VIP Club benefits: Gain a competitive edge with early access to new designs, discounts, readymade social media content and a dedicated support team (refer to the VIP Club Benefits section for details).

Using stock files to Automate Stock

Once the products have been uploaded to your website a stock file is available as a csv and xml file. The files can be found in the downloads section in your account.
The stock file is updated every hour and contains each individual SKU and its quantity. This file should be checked on a regular basis to keep your own shop up to date.

Size Guides

Our free size guides are available to download from the downloads section, here you will see one size guide image for each brand. This can help your customers to choose the correct size and we recommend you make them available to view on your website or in your store.

Catalogues

All the latest brand product catalogues are available to download so that you can use these as part of your own sales promotions. These can be found in the my account downloads section once logged into the website.

Social Media

Make sure you follow us on social media. We are active on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This will help provide you with information, content, ideas, and shareable posts that you can use in your own marketing. You can keep up to date with the latest arrivals and stock information. Find out about service information and shipping details along with some great special offers and clearance items available.

Newsletters

Once you subscribe to receive our regular newsletters and email updates, you will get the latest product information, stock updates, clearance lines and news directly to your inbox. It’s a great way to keep up to speed and keep your own shop fresh.
